Chernobylite and Ghostrunner are out in new versions

Following a hugely successful PC release this past July, video game publisher All in! Games and development studio, The Farm 51, are pleased to announce that Chernobylite is now also available for PlayStation 4 (Digital+Physical) and Xbox One (Digital). Players can get the sci-fi survival horror RPG, set in a hyper realistic 3D-scanned recreation of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, digitally on console storefronts for $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99.

Fans eager to get their hands on a physical version of the game for PlayStation 4 will be able to purchase a copy from their local retailers in North America as of today (September 28), and on October 1 throughout Europe. The PlayStation 4 physical retail edition of Chernobylite features a detailed digital map of the Exclusion Zone, digital postcards, a digital poster, and a digital artbook, ‘The Art of Chernobylite’.

Chernobylite’s console release isn’t the end of its story however, with more great content planned to be released over the next 14 months in the form of 6 DLCs (including paid and free content). Each DLC will introduce a mix of new missions, monsters, weapons, game modes, and much more. Check out Chernobylite’s brand new website to learn more about the extensive post-launch content roadmap.

Chernobylite is one of the most popular indie games of 2021 and it’s been an honor to help The Farm 51 bring it first to PC and now to consoles,” said Piotr Żygadło, CEO at All in! Games. “Of course, our work with Chernobylite won’t end here, we’re committed to supporting the game going forward. I’m really happy to reveal that players, who own the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions of Chernobylite, will receive free, automatic upgrades to the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S versions, respectively, when it comes to next-gen consoles.”

“It’s been a pleasure to collaborate with All in! Games on both the PC and console releases of Chernobylite. We’re looking forward to continuing our work together as we map out a DLC roadmap for the future of the game,” said Wojciech Pazdur, Director of Development at The Farm 51. “Our community can look forward to more DLCs this year for Halloween and Christmas that will add new missions, monsters, and a new map, so stay tuned.”

Publishers 505 Games , alongside developers and partners All In! Games, One More Level, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks™, today launch physical and digital PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Ghostrunner, the critically-acclaimed first-person cyberpunk parkour action game. Owners of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions can upgrade to their respective new generation console version for free.

Soar through Ghostrunner’s stunning neon vistas, now enhanced by post-processing HDR and a ray-tracing fidelity mode. Scale Dharma Tower one wall at a time with blistering fast parkour skills rendered in 4K/120 FPS. 3D spatial audio complements Daniel Deluxe’s pulse-pounding electronic soundtrack, making each swing of the katana and gravity-defying leap sound more impactful. Feel the weight of each action with PlayStation 5’s haptic feedback.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Ghostrunner include all game modes One More Level released in the last year. Battle time itself in Kill Run Mode. Capture Jack’s deadly agility and grace with Photo Mode. Adapt or die in the roguelike-inspired Wave Mode. Even the odds of each one-hit-one-kill clash with Assist Mode: add an extra life, slow down the game to help with reaction times, and shorten cooldowns to use abilities more often.

Customize the Ghostrunner’s aesthetic with Jack’s Bundle, now available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S for $7.99 / £5.99 / €7.99. This collection includes all cosmetics launched in Ghostrunner up until now, from the recently-released Neon Pack to the previous Winter and Metal Ox Packs.

Ghostrunner launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S today in physical retail stores and digital storefronts for $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99, and is also available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Amazon Luna, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG

Ghostrunner is published by H2 Interactive for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation in Asia, release date in Japan to be communicated by H2.
